Zach came out to service our boiler, swapped out a controller, taught me a lot about the system we inherited and was a pleasure to work with. Just in time for a snow storm about to hit. I am looking forward to having jbplumbing service our systems regularly.
Zach is terrific at his job and is very personable, as well. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a clear, comprehensive explanation so I could address some of the issues in the future, if necessary.
