Next day service, although initial notification was well after office hours. He stayed late to get water heater installed.
Thank you such much for coming out so quickly and resolving our issue.
Very pleased. My initial problem ended up being a quick fix. Then Cameron was able to fix something else for me too. Easy to schedule, good communication prior to arrival and arrived on time.
Very helpful and answered all my questions.
Knowledgeable and courteous.

Cameron did an excellent job uncovering and repairing our downspout drain issue.
Cameron came to revisit an issue I was having with my shower. He had a plan before entering the house. His plan was the proper remedy for the situation.
Cameron does a great job! Impressed with his knowledge and the great work he does! Looking forward to him & JB completing our next plumbing job.
Cameron quickly resolved my issue with a leaky valve. He was kind enough to evaluate another issue and was able to resolve that as well.
Cameron was on time, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He helped me pick out a new kitchen faucet, picked it up and installed it as well as fixed a leaky spigot in my basement. Great job Cameron!
Installed a 32K City Water Softener in your home. Also included five bags of salt.
The leak was coming from the A/C unit. The filter was completely clogged and not letting any air in, causing the coil to freeze. Recommended the client get a new filter and showed what to do with the thermostat.
The valve in the basement did not get fully turned on. Opened that and adjusted pressure on PRV valve, and did not hear noise. Ran multiple sinks off and on, did not hear any noise.
The floor drain does not have a trap on it, so it was letting all of the sewer gases come right out. The floor drain has a 90-degree angle at the concrete, pointing back towards the main stack, so stuck a 7' length of pipe into the floor drain and did not run into a trap. Plugged the floor drain with a 3” wingnut plug to stop the smell. Removed the old shower head and arm and installed a new chrome shower arm.
Inspected the shower and determined it needs a new cartridge. Set up the water softener that was installed prior to the current homeowner's move-in, but never set up by the owners. Put salt into the water softener and explained to the homeowner how it works.
Supplied and installed a new vanity faucet. The old faucet would not shut off and had a steady drip coming out of the spout.
Unclogged the customer's tub drain after taking off the clean-out cap and using the customer's hand snake. Put the clean-out cap back on and tested the tub; the drain did not back up at all.
Installed a new electric 50-gallon Bradford white water heater. The old water heater was still covered under warranty. Drained and removed the old unit and set the new one into place, reconnected water lines, and power wire. Also installed a new expansion tank.
Replaced two more water lines with new 1/2” PEX.
Installed a client-supplied toilet. Disconnected and removed the old toilet and reset the new toilet with a new wax ring.
Pulled the toilet and saw the wax ring had gone bad and was causing a leak. Installed new wax ring and toilet bolts on the master bath toilet.
Drained, removed, and took the old water heater under warranty to the store. Installed the customer-supplied water heater and expansion tank.
Supplied and installed a new Moen Positemp shower cartridge. Adjusted the pressure-reducing valve.
Replaced the tub surround and the tub and shower faucet. Also, cut out the old tub drain and trap.
Replaced two water lines for the car wash system. Cut and removed the old flex hose piping and replaced it with 3/4” and 1” PEX.
Supplied and installed a 4” flood guard into the floor drain in the basement.
Installed two customer-supplied bidet toilet seats. Installed one customer-supplied pop-up drain. Supplied and installed a 1/2” pro press straight stop for dishwasher. Replaced 1/2” valve for hose bib with 1/2” pro press ball valve. Supplied and installed a new toilet supply and flapper; the previous flapper was letting water run. The two customer-supplied pop-up drain assemblies did not work with the sink. Took apart the hose bib; it was filled with dirt. Removed most of the dirt, but the flow did not increase.
Installed two new fill valves and flappers on the master bathroom toilet and the hall bathroom toilet.
Pulled the toilet and installed two wax rings. Tested the toilet for about 30 minutes and did not get any water on the floor.
Installed four customer-supplied lavatory faucets.
Looking to have a sewer backup valve installed in their basement floor drain. Need material.
