Cameron came in, did his job and checked on & fixed other things for me. Thumbs up.
I called on a Fri afternoon. They offered to send someone out on Sat morning. Cameron did a nice job,but my bill amounted to $930.00 after replacing a defective water heater that was still under warranty. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Won't be recommending them to anyone after this experience!
The guys did a great job. They were thorough in explaining to me what was happening and were patient while I was trying to get information from the insurance company. I can’t rate the cost/pricing as I have not yet received the bill.
Next day service, although initial notification was well after office hours. He stayed late to get water heater installed.

Cameron as well as the entire JB Team have always been friendly, polite and professional. They all address my concerns and any issues very promptly and with understanding. They are an exceptional team.
Cut the drywall behind the shower to find the broken pipe. The fitting on the water line connecting the water line for the toilet and water line for the shower snapped; cut out and replaced. Fixed a pinhole leak at the well tank with a new ProPress 90. Turned the water back on.
Snaked out the grease that was clogging the sink line.
