He arrived early and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! He also explained to us about the vip service cleanings that we think will benefit our needs. He also mentioned that you renovate bathrooms which is something we are planning on doing this year as well.

Zach was the man. He was very pleasant, explained everything thoroughly and he also did a very good job at teaching the apprentice/helper. Definitely provided excellent customer service and was a great representative of your company. Definitely deserves to be paid top dollar or if he's already making top dollar a a couple more dollars an hour on top of that.

Zach and his helper (Brad, I think) did a thorough job inspecting and providing maintenance to our gas boiler. While here they were quick, clean, and communicated well. Despite running behind in their day, the office staff and Zach himself were very clear in timing and apologized for the delay. We are grateful and blessed by the time they took making sure our home is heat-ready for the winter ahead. Thank you so much!

First time but definitely not the last time . I had an emergency winter heater issue. I message Jeff as they were closed for the evening and within 15 minutes I received a return call . I explained my situation to him and Jeff asked me to read him the serial number and model. Well Jeff sad I have good news for you . The water heater is still under warranty and I only will have to pay labor which also was very re considering the work involved. This showed the integrity of JB Plumbing and how this company is run. He did not have to say a word as we originally had another plumber we used but he unfortunately passed away. I highly recommend Jeff and the rest of his employees.

I never have to wait long for service. Most of the time within the same week I call.

This is my first time using JB Plumbing. Zach did an amazing job. Very thorough. Very polite and courteous. I was impressed with his knowledge, especially with how old the boiler unit is. Excellent job all the way around!!!!

Zachary was great. We’ve used a few different hvac company in the past for repairs including full system replacement, but we haven’t had service yet since moving into our home last year. We live very close to the JB office, so I see the vans often when walking my dogs and figured I would give them a try. Schedule has been great. They are very prompt and accommodating. Zachary was professional, respectful, educational and great overall! Very happy we found a company we trust for our hvac and plumbing needs!

Aaron and his team from JB Plumbing HVAC & Construction did a very large job for us at our home in Exeter Township, starting around July 4th and concluding mid August. This job involved a complete kitchen remodel, floor replacement throughout, and tearing out a tub to replace with a beautiful tile shower with stone floor. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Aaron was the head person in charge of the project and he was responsive for our every question, even though he wasn't at our home every day. JOSH was the team leader who was in our house, delegating tasks, picking up supplies, and answering questions. There were so many other people involved, from Sal who did tile, to Jenny who did our kitchen layout, to Kerry who did our railing and painting among other things... so many guys named John (plumbers, contractors, electricians, I can't keep the names and titles straight!) Brad was here sometimes and Cole, a high school student who was doing an internship. So on top of doing a phenomenal job, the guys were teaching the next generation of professionals (and Cole was amazing as well!) I really cannot praise these men and women enough for all they've done. We worked with so many people along the way, and we went into it being stressed and confused..... but this company made us feel so confident and comfortable every step of the way. If you are looking to have some work done on your home, look no further. We will NEVER use anyone else!
