Last year he had a lot of water that kept leaking out of his coil. We need to address this and if we need to change the a-coil we will have to look into that.

found a/c compressor not coming on. checked capacitor, it was good. checked to see if compressor was grounded. installed a hard start kit to try and get the compressor to start. it started. checked charge the best I could. customer is going to try and use the old system for now but would like an estimate for a/c only

found dead bird in the inducer motor. removed inducer motor and got the bird out. inspected flue pipe and chimney for debris. found that the igniter the customer installed was broken. removed burner to get pieces of broken igniter out. ran to johnstone to get a new one. replaced igniter. re-installed the burners. tested gas for leaks. checked air filter. checked temp rise. Supplied and installed new delta tub and shower diverter. Removed toilet to get access to access panel, cut out old shower diveter. Added two pro press ball valves and piped water lines into new diveter. Installed new shower trim and put access panel back onto wall and reset toilet. found furnace tripping high limit. checked filter. checked temp rise without the filter in place. temp rise was good. put the filter back in and it would trip high limit due to low air flow. recommended the customer use a lower merv filter.

1) Cut open ceiling in kitchen underneath bathtub. Replaced leaking tub trap. Cut out 2” pvc with screw drilled through it. (Homeowner picked up ceiling tiles to repair ceiling. pulled and replaced wax seal under toilet per customer request with new closet bolts. replaced leaking Kohler flush seal for tower flush assembly to stop the random running and also adjusted water level on fill valve it was alittle high materials: wax ring closed bolts Kohler flush seal

Customer wants two options. First option is for a aprilaire 700 humidifer. It an air handler but with the automatic controller it can run during the winter to help the house with humidity.
