Last year he had a lot of water that kept leaking out of his coil. We need to address this and if we need to change the a-coil we will have to look into that.

Found leak coming from hot water valve in washer box. Pulled washing machine, tightened valve packing and tested. Customer would like estimate for 2 new bathrooms and a kitchen remodel. Would like to speak to Aaron about options etc… Told her we would contact her.

found a/c compressor not coming on. checked capacitor, it was good. checked to see if compressor was grounded. installed a hard start kit to try and get the compressor to start. it started. checked charge the best I could. customer is going to try and use the old system for now but would like an estimate for a/c only

kitchen sink and laundry box back up sometimes but nothing else. not basement bathroom, floor drain or any other fixtures. I belive that line runs out of the home separately as a gray water line. I want to talk to John about it and see waht he thinks but I belive we could cut that 2in cast line at the floor and cap it and run the laundry drain and sink approx 40 ft to the main stack threw the unfinished basement. took lots of pics and will meet with John and or Jeff Monday morning to discuss further steps

Zach presented as both knowledgable and confident in his ability to assess and diagnose the issue my furnace was presenting after not having a functioning heater for several days. Zach presented with extremely professional interpersonal skills. He took the time to explain how my heating unit worked so I better understood the problem it was having. In addition, Zach explained the VIP service plan which I will utilize in order to ensure both my AC and heating systems are maintained on a yearly basis. It was a pleasure having Zach out to service my heating unit, and I look forward to working with JB Plumbing and HVAC in the future.
