We Heart Local: Supporting the James H. “Saggy” Snyder Memorial Golf Tournament

This summer, our team at JB Plumbing HVAC & Construction was proud to sponsor and participate in the 6th Annual James H. “Saggy” Snyder Memorial Golf Tournament, hosted by the Lower Alsace Fire Company. The event is held each year to honor the life and legacy of James H. “Saggy” Snyder, a dedicated firefighter who gave so much of himself to the community he loved.

The tournament has become more than just a day of golf. It is a gathering of family, friends, and neighbors who come together to celebrate Saggy’s memory, share stories, and support the fire company that meant so much to him. Between rounds of golf, raffles, and friendly contests on the course, the day was filled with laughter, connection, and a spirit of giving back.

For us at JB Plumbing, being part of this event was an honor. It gave us the opportunity to not only enjoy a day of golf with members of our community but also to support the Lower Alsace Fire Company and the important role they play in keeping our community safe. Sponsoring this tournament is one way we can show our gratitude to the men and women who dedicate their time and energy to serving others.

We are grateful to have been included in such a meaningful tradition and to stand alongside so many others who came together to celebrate Saggy’s legacy. Community events like this remind us of the importance of supporting one another, honoring those who came before us, and continuing the work of building a stronger, more connected Exeter and beyond.
