Cameron came on time and knew exactly what was wrong with our toilet. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.
VIP Water Softener Treatment + Well Service - Well tank as perfect 38 psi of air for 60 psi setting 9n a constant pressure controller. - Pump amps are right around 6, which is perfect for a 2-wire 3/4hp pump. - Flushed out spin-down filter for iron. - Checked neutralizer media level only at about 15in from the dome hole, 12in is "full", so not worth adding media this trip; next trip it will take a full bag. - Cleaned screens and injectors in the softener and ran through cycles manually to ensure proper operation. - Changed UV bulb and reset counter; no need for coordination. The bulb was 2 months overdue, but still lit and had good resistance. - Filled brine tank with bags of salt. - Ensured float assembly on brine tank was functioning properly.
John was prompt, efficient & in a very courteous way he explained what the problem was & offered two solutions! I was very satisfied with how he handled the situation !!!
