changed air filter (customer supplied) cleaned flame sensor. blew out condensate lines. checked blower capacitor. cleaned out burner box. checked temp rise. made sure condensate pump worked.

found burnt line voltage connection at air handler. repaired burnt section of wire. found electric heat limit switches tripped. disabled electric heat to allow heat pump to come on. trying to get new limit switches. if we can't, the system must be swapped out. system is 13 years old.

Supplied and installed new panel in aprilaire 700 humidifier. Cut out old ice maker valve on cold water line, moved to hot water line with new supply line ran from valve to humidifier. Looked at water softener and told customer they would be better off calling martins to come out and look at it being that is a kenetico unit. Old moen cartridge stopped turning on and off. Replaced cartridge and recaulked around trim. Material 1)moen posi temp shower cartridge.

Install humidifier (she has there from previous hvac unit) - She just got a new hvac unit we installed in summer.

Kitchen sink had low water pressure, took apart pull out sprayer and cleaned airater. Got a check for 125

Customer had a leaking tub spout, I tried to replace the cartridge but that did not stop leak so I spoke with customer about replacing the whole diverter and he said that’s fine. Cut hole in drywall behind tub to cut out old diverter and installed a new diverter and trim kit off of my truck. Picked up access panel to cover hole.
