Plumbing installation. Supplied and installed a new Delta shower diverter with chrome trim and new ball valves. Cut out the bad valve in the basement. VIP Priority Service.
Estimate to repipe all gas lines in the house with new Traccpipe and manifold.

Ducted mini split in the upstairs and Bosch heat pump on top of an oil furnace for the downstairs. Cleaned both condensers. Checked the charge on both units. Cleaned drains on both units. The upstairs filter was clean.

Installed basement toilet, lav sink, drain, and tested the shower and ejector pump. Replaced toilet and shower drain, and overflow trim in upstairs hall bath, and tested. Tested by dumping water directly into a drain. Changed out orv and got the water pressure set to 60 psi.
Called the client and explained that the sensor can only be paired through the Ecobee app. Without access to the app, we can't add the sensor. The customer is going to try and pair it himself when he gets home.

Installed a Lancaster Model# LP 7LX100B X Factor Electronic Water Softener. Provided 4 bags of salt to get the Client started. Replaced the front hose bib with a new one and ensured we are not softening the water.

Cut a hole in soaked drywall to find leak coming from toilet wax seal. Replaced wax seal and bolts. Ensured no more leaks.
Customer had a leaking tub spout, I tried to replace the cartridge but that did not stop leak so I spoke with customer about replacing the whole diverter and he said that’s fine. Cut hole in drywall behind tub to cut out old diverter and installed a new diverter and trim kit off of my truck. Picked up access panel to cover hole. Material 1)delta tub and shower diverter 1)delta tub and shower chrome trim kit 4)1/2” pex press female adapter 4)1/2” pex to pro press adapter 2)1/2” pex press 90 1)14”/14” access panel $18 our cost
Disconnected and removed old faucet and Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet with side spray and soap dispenser.
