Inspected A/C unit; found that the unit needs to be replaced.
Supplied and installed a new garbage disposal and ran a new water line for the refrigerator. Disconnected and removed the old garbage disposal. Installed a new sink strainer. Mounted the new disposal and reconnected the wiring. Cut a 1/2” tee into copper water line with a 1/2” shut off valve. Ran the ice maker supply hose to the new fridge.
I'll check up close later today, but all looks good.
Rescheduled appointment.
We repaired the cast iron stack on the outside of the house. We replaced the cast iron below with new cast, and above, it was replaced with PVC pipe instead. A lift was used to safely cut the old cast iron out.
Swapped out a bad rubber o-ring and greased the cartridge to stop the leak.

Installed a new 96% Ducane gas furnace with a 16 SEER A/C system.
Serviced and cleaned the mini-splits.

Cleaned the tankless water heater with descaler solution and flushed out anything left in the system into a bucket. Ran hot water in the kitchen and hall bath to test(ok).

Pulled the toilet and looked at wax ring noticed that the horn was crushed and partially blocking flange. Removed and replaced with a new wax ring without a horn reset toilet and tested(ok).
