Cleaned tankless water heater with descaler solution and flushed out any anything left in system into bucket. Ran hot water in kitchen and hall bath to test(ok).

Pulled toilet and looked at wax ring noticed that the horn was crushed and partially blocking flange. Removed and replaced with new wax ring without horn reset toilet and tested(ok) Material 1)wax ring 1)pack closet bolts
tenants replaced whole toilet themselves last nite and had no changed. angered and plunged it just because but no real change. partial blockage need to have a drain cleaner out to correct. she was going to talk to land lord
found ancient oil furnace not working. found stack limit/primary control tripped. reset limit and found the burner would run but the fan would not turn on. need to order a replacement fan/limit control and 3 - 20x25x1 filters.
