The well pump is functioning properly; it is able to maintain a bathroom faucet and shower running while still pumping up to 60 psi and is shutting off as it should. The 32-gallon well tank has a proper 38 psi of air and is draining and filling at the proper times. The 40/60 psi pressure switch is functioning correctly and contacts look like they are in good condition. The check valves are all holding; there are no signs of leak back or air at all. The older type of fuse box for the well isn't ideal, but it is in proper working order. Based on the amps of the well pump, it's most likely a 230v 1/2HP 2-wire pump, and it's producing about 7 gallons per minute easily. - Regarding the well system, everything seems to be in good working order at this time with no signs of issues; there is slight corrosion on the tank tee, but that is not concerning. Installed a new blower motor and fan under warranty. Took a look at the ductwork in the attic per client request.
Found that the indoor blower motor had seized. The blower wheel is not in good shape either. Ordered new blower motor and wheel from a supply house.

Found the pressure switch not closing. Found where the pressure switch tubing enters the inducer housing was clogged. Blew out the tubing and unclogged the fitting. Checked the air filter. Checked the temp rise. Performed a combustion analysis.
