Job Locations and Reviews
Inspected duct work to find the cause of dirt coming out of supply vents. Found dirt in the main trunk of the system. Found some dirt in the air handler and evaporator coil.
Replaced condensate pump. Tested the pump and ensured there were no leaks. Ensured the safety switch would shut down the unit if the pump failed.

Replaced air filters. Visually inspected condenser and evaporator coils. Both were clean. Brushed out the condensate trap. Inspected the belt and checked the belt tension on the fan motor. Checked charge. Checked amp draw on the condenser fan motor and compressor.
Vip Service Plan: Performed combustion analysis. Electronic component checked. Cleaned the flame sensor. Checked the capacitor. Checked blower capacitor. Checked the refrigerant charge. Checked the capacitor on the condenser. Checked amp draw. Changed filter (standard).
Tune Up: Checked refrigerant charge levels and airflow. Checked for refrigerant leaks. Checked for secure physical connections of individual parts. Ensured all electrical connections are sound and components are working properly. Checked and ran the capacitor for bulging and/or unusual markings or color. Checked and cleaned the condensate drainage system. Cleaned and adjusted blower components. Checked the air filter.
Replaced expansion tank and relief valve. Charged expansion tank to 70 psi to match house pressure. 1) Thermal expansion tank 1) T&P relief valve for water heater

Keep your oil fired boiler running smoothly with a new .85 45 B nozzle, RF-1 oil filter, and SSC-109 pump strainer. Our thorough maintenance includes a visual inspection of the combustion chamber and boiler sections, cleaning of the chimney and flue pipe, and a combustion analysis.
Our professional team installed a new .75 60 W nozzle and Beckett F100-10 oil filter in a dirty boiler. We vacuumed soot from the chimney, flue pipe, and boiler, and added a new fire seal around the burner access plate. Combustion analysis was performed to ensure optimal performance.
