Zach was very knowledgeable. Very Pleasant, was here on time, knew his work. It was very nice working with him him and his company.
VIP service plan visit. Checked the air filter. Brushed out the condensate drain. Made sure the float switches worked. Bent the tab on the filter rack to try and make it easier to change the filter. Visually inspected the condenser coil. The coil was clean. Checked the condenser capacitor. Checked resistance on the contactor. Checked the amp draw. Checked the charge. The system is in very good shape.
Found a dead mouse shorting out the start winding on the capacitor. Removed dead mouse and checked the capacitor. The capacitor had failed. Replaced the capacitor with a Turbo 200 universal capacitor.
Installed a new Armstrong Air 97% gas furnace, 70,000 BTU with Variable Speed Blower, and a 16 SEER A/C condenser with an A-coil. Also installed a media air cleaner between the furnace and the return drop. The outdoor unit has a new pad, disconnect, and whip.
Completely trustworthy while we were at work. Followed up via text message. Timely resolution! John is kind, warm, great guy!

Replaced expansion tank on Weil McLain boiler. Added a ball valve for future service. Adjusted the flow check to open position due to flow restriction while purging the system of air. Refilled and purged the system. Tested the boiler for 20 minutes. Everything is working as it should.
Replaced the wax ring on the toilet.
The boiler was air-bound, not allowing water to flow. Purged the house through split return purge stations. After getting all the air out, I found a bad expansion tank. Need to get a new expansion tank and replace it.
Inspected duct work to find the cause of dirt coming out of supply vents. Found dirt in the main trunk of the system. Found some dirt in the air handler and evaporator coil.
Replaced condensate pump. Tested the pump and ensured there were no leaks. Ensured the safety switch would shut down the unit if the pump failed.

Replaced air filters. Visually inspected condenser and evaporator coils. Both were clean. Brushed out the condensate trap. Inspected the belt and checked the belt tension on the fan motor. Checked charge. Checked amp draw on the condenser fan motor and compressor.
Vip Service Plan: Performed combustion analysis. Electronic component checked. Cleaned the flame sensor. Checked the capacitor. Checked blower capacitor. Checked the refrigerant charge. Checked the capacitor on the condenser. Checked amp draw. Changed filter (standard).
Zach did a great job. I hope he will be here for next years heater cleaning.
