Old moen cartridge stopped turning on and off. Replaced cartridge and recaulked around trim. Material 1)moen posi temp shower cartridge.

Purged both zones. Did get some air out of second floor zone. Gauge was reading 6-7 psi when I got there. Most likely from air pockets leaving system through new air vent that we installed. Left auto feeder valve on.

Installed three customer supplied vanity faucets and traps. installed straight stop valves on all faucets because both new vanity tops are thicker then old ones and I was not able to reuse fittings that were already on pex. cleaned both flame sensors. brushed off blower wheels. checked air filters. made sure drain lines aren't clogged. performed combustion analysis. need to pick up and put in 2 aprilaire 410 filters. need 8ft ladder to get into attic.

Leak on trap at garbage disposal connection, took drain apart put on new washers and redoped. Tested (ok) Trap has to be installed backwards because drain height coming out of wall is to high to connect with garbage disposal there. Spoke with customer about having to cut wall and move drain down if it starts to leak again. No material used today

Installed customer supplied kitchen sink faucet and trap. Supplied and installed new kitchen sink strainer. Tested(ok) Material 1)kitchen sink strainer

cleaned ignition assembly and flame sensor. checked blower capacitor. blew out drain tubing. found heat trap cracked and slowly dripping water. performed combustion analysis. furnace is 23 years old and is rather rusty. it isn't burning very efficiently it is safe to run as of now. removed duct tape keeping main area vent from opening, per Jillian's request.

Customer had new dryer installed by Home Depot. Old dryer had steam connection, new dryer does not. Installers disconnected steam hose on dryer end but left it connected to water supply. Causing a leak when water was turned back on to washer. Removed tee and water line for dryer. Tested (ok)

Supplied and installed new 40 gallon Bradford white gas water heater. Drained, disconnected and disposed of old water heater. Set new water heater in place, reconnected water and gas lines and hooked up exhaust piping. Filled water heater and turned on. Install new faucet (we supply) - see picture for what he has now - he said get similar. Also supply thermostat - just programable one. Not wifi necessarily. See picture - he wants to make sure if covers the same space on the wall as his current one.

found furnace short cycling. removed jumper between W1 and W2 to stop 2nd stage of heat from coming on. checked air filter. checked temp rise. cycled the furnace on and off multiple times to ensure proper ignition.

found main control board with a "failed" error code. confirmed the board was had in fact failed. replaced board. cleaned up wiring inside of furnace. changed air filter. checked temp rise. recommended the customer get a duct cleaning.

Pick up toilet and shower fixtures from Weinstein. Install toilet and fixtures.
