I called on a Fri afternoon. They offered to send someone out on Sat morning. Cameron did a nice job,but my bill amounted to $930.00 after replacing a defective water heater that was still under warranty. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. Won't be recommending them to anyone after this experience!

This was my first visit with the JB team after switching my furnace/HVAC/water heater contract over this year. If you have any question about/are on the fence with your current provider, make the switch NOW. Both the plumber and the HVAC tech were personable, knowledgeable and professional. They told me the condition of my equipment, explained what was in spec/good and what was out of spec/bad. They answered other questions I had about related systems and took notes to provide proposals on things I wanted to see for both immediate work and longer term planning. In looking to make the switch, I heard nothing but positives about this company and the people but now I have had a chance to experience it myself and can add to the positive reviews.

This was the second time I've used JB Plumbing HVAC. They replaced my PRV quickly and professionally. Everything is working perfectly so far. No complaints. Highly recommend them.

Zach discovered the Nest thermostat is the cause of the dropouts and likely has been the issue since the initial installation.
