Piped in the auto fill on the combi boiler. Re-piped the gas to accommodate the new auto fill piping. Tested the gas and water piping for leaks. Set the auto fill pressure to 12. Made sure all the space heating zones got hot. Made sure the DHW was working properly. Made sure the boiler pressure did not drop below the auto fill setting when the combi was not operating.

Found that the humidifier on the second-floor unit was leaking water. Found that the humidifier pad had degraded and fallen into the return duct, causing the humidifier would spray into the duct instead of down the drain. Replaced the homeowner-provided humidifier pads on the first-floor and second-floor systems. Supplied and replaced the air filters. Ran both furnaces to ensure they both worked and that nothing else was leaking.

Checked the air filter. Cleaned the flame sensor. Checked the blower capacitor. Blew out the pressure switch tubing. Cleaned the pressure switch port on the inducer housing. Brushed off the burners. Checked the temp rise. Performed a combustion analysis.

Hung a client-supplied 20 x 20 x 4 air filter. Brushed out the condensate drain. Sprayed the drain pan treatment on the evaporator drain pan. Visually inspected the evaporator and condenser coils. Washed the dirty condenser coil. Checked the condenser capacitor. Checked the resistance on the condenser contactor. Checked the charge in cool mode.

Replaced the evaporator coil under warranty. Installed a new coil door to accept the retrofit evaporator coil. Replaced the filter drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen. Pulled a vacuum to 280 microns. Checked the charge; charged 11oz of R410A refrigerant.
