We offer multiple plans so you can choose the ideal option to fit your needs and enjoy exclusive savings. Please note: 1st visit for all plans will also include a full diagnostic check. Service Tech will note the age, make, model of the HVAC system, filter size, refrigerant type, etc to keep on file.

VIP Service Plan Inclusions:

Gas Furnace with A/C & All Heat Pumps

$19.99/MO

  • Two cleanings per year - Spring and Fall
  • Filter Change (each visit – includes standard 1” filter only)
  • 20% off all Parts (HVAC & Plumbing Divisions)
  • 10% off any Construction Job

At Service, Tech will:

  • Perform combustion analysis
  • Electronic component check
  • Change filter
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Check capacitor
  • Check blower capacitor
  • Check condensate pump (if applicable)

For the A/C, Tech will:

  • Check the refrigerant charge
  • Check capacitor on condenser
  • Check amp draw
  • Check contactor (if necessary)

Oil/Gas Hot Water System (Boilers) No A/C

$18.99/MO

  • One cleaning per year
  • 20% off parts (HVAC & Plumbing Divisions)
  • 10% off any Construction Job

At Service, Tech will:

  • Install new nozzle and filter,
  • Install new pump strainer,
  • Inspect burners and clean,
  • Check chimney (properly vented),
  • Perform combustion analysis.
  • (Extra $25: Bleed radiators)
  • Excludes Summer - Winter Hookups. Call for more info.

Oil Forced Air with A/C

  • Two cleaning per year – Spring A/C service, Fall Oil forced air furnace cleaning.
  • 20% off all Parts (HVAC & Plumbing Repairs)
  • 10% off any construction Job

At Fall Service, Tech will:

  • Install new nozzle and filter,
  • Install new pump strainer,
  • Inspect burners and clean,
  • Check chimney (properly vented),
  • Perform combustion analysis.
