Please note: The first visit for all HVAC plans includes a full diagnostic check. Our service technician will document the age, make, and model of your HVAC system, filter size, refrigerant type, and plumbing system components to keep on file for future service.
VIP HVAC Service Plan Inclusions:
Gas Furnace with A/C & All Heat Pumps

Two cleanings per year - Spring and Fall Filter Change (each visit – includes standard 1” filter only) 20% off all Parts (HVAC & Plumbing Divisions) 10% off any Construction Job
At Service, Tech will:
Perform combustion analysis Electronic component check Change filter Clean flame sensor Check capacitor Check blower capacitor Check condensate pump (if applicable)
For the A/C, Tech will:
Check the refrigerant charge Check capacitor on condenser Check amp draw Check contactor (if necessary)
Oil/Gas Hot Water System (Boilers) No A/C

At Service, Tech will:

Run and test backwash -
Clean injectors -
Check float assembly in brine tank -
Test water onsite -

*Technician will perform Four-Point Inspection with options chosen by Client at the time of opting in to their VIP service plan. If any issues are found during the Four-Point Inspection, the Technician will update the Client and will not perform additional service without the Client's permission. Any parts or additional labor service will be charged at the discounted rate as stated above.
*At Water Softener Treatment visits, the Technician will perform services as stated above. If any issues are found during the Water Softener Treatment visits, the Technician will update the Client and will not perform additional service without the Client's permission. Any parts or additional labor service will be charged at the usual rate (parts are discounted 20% off as stated above)
**The "Flush water heater" and "Flush tankless water heater" options require the unit to be less than eight-years-old.
***The "Well Service" option does not include a Technician-supplied UV bulb replacement; Client must choose "VIP Plumbing Service Plan - Build Your Own Plan with UV Bulb Replacement - $29.99/Month" plan for a Technician-supplied UV bulb replacement.
****Any required UV bulbs priced beyond $100 retail value will incur an appropriate additional charge.
