Quick service, good explanation of my unit, and he caught an issue and repaired it. Very satisfied!
Bradley and his team did an outstanding job installing our oil tanks.
I’m so happy with the service I got today. They were here on time. They were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up everything better than the way they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or replacement.
Changed the homeowner-supplied air filter and humidifier pad. Cleaned the flame sensor. Blew out the condensate and pressure switch tubing. Checked the blower capacitor. Noticed water leaking in the furnace; fixed loose inducer housing screws that were causing the dripping. Found that the flue pipe was pitched the wrong way, causing excessive condensation; cut the flue pipe and pitched it correctly. Checked the temperature rise. Performed a combustion analysis. The furnace is older and burning slightly inefficiently; however, the furnace is safe.
Installed two new 275-gallon oil tanks. Installed the tanks in the room above the heater and sistering the two tanks together. Pumped the oil out of the old tank and pumped it into the new tanks.
Installed a new 110,000 BTU propane furnace with a 5 TON A/C 16 SEER and a 5 TON A-Coil. We flushed the line set with acid to reuse it. Installed a 3" flue pipe to run to the outside under the master bathroom. Placed a plastic pad under the outdoor unit and installed a new disconnect and whip. Replaced the 3/4" PVC for the condensation drain. We also had to rework some of the metal duct in the A-Coil area.
Testing the system again.
Installed a new Ducane 96% 90,000 BTU gas furnace with a propane kit.
Performed seasonal HVAC maintenance, checking the air handler for debris, cleaning the condenser coil, and ensuring the drain pan was clear. Replaced the air filter and inspected the blower motor for any wear. I also tested the thermostat and refrigerant levels to ensure efficient operation. The system is now fully optimized for the upcoming season.
Completed a full air duct cleaning in Sinking Spring, PA, using a high-powered rotary brush system. Removed dust, debris, and allergens from the main supply and return ducts. Checked for any blockages in the vent system and improved the indoor air quality by restoring clean airflow.
Conducted fall HVAC maintenance on a Carrier Infinity 98 furnace. Cleaned flame sensor with emery cloth, restoring microamp reading to 4.2. Replaced 16x25x4 MERV 11 air filter. Inspected heat exchanger for cracks using borescope. Tested pressure switch: 0.5" WC. Lubricated blower motor bearings. Adjusted gas valve to 3.7" WC. Verified proper ignition sequence and flame rollout switch operation.
Performed leak detection in a home with a hidden water leak. Used an acoustic leak detection device to locate the leak within a wall. Found a small crack in a copper pipe. Cut out the damaged section and replaced it with a new piece of pipe, using copper couplings and soldering the connections. The repair stopped the leak, preventing further water damage.
Performed a water heater replacement. First, shut off the water and gas supply to the old unit. Drained the tank and disconnected the gas line, water lines, and vent pipe. Removed the old water heater and positioned the new unit. Connected the water and gas lines, ensuring secure fittings and leak-free connections. Installed a new vent pipe to meet code requirements. Filled the tank and restored the gas supply, then tested the system to confirm proper operation and efficient heating.
Performed a detailed AC repair to address cooling issues. Diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning capacitor, which was preventing the compressor from starting. Replaced the faulty capacitor with a new, manufacturer-approved part. Checked refrigerant levels and topped off the system to ensure optimal cooling performance. Cleaned the condenser coils and inspected the blower motor for any signs of wear. Conducted a thorough test of the entire system to confirm it is operating efficiently and reliably, restoring proper cooling to the home.
Resolved a drainage problem with the downstairs bathroom's shower. employed a drain snake to unclog a hair and debris-filled obstruction after removing the drain cover. To guarantee complete clearing, run hot water down the drain. Reassembled the drain parts and checked the P-trap for any leftover blockages. Checked that the shower was draining properly and that there was no standing water.
Completed HVAC maintenance tasks, including inspecting and cleaning evaporator and condenser coils to improve efficiency. Checked and replenished refrigerant levels as needed, and examined electrical components for any signs of wear or damage. Lubricated all moving parts and calibrated the thermostat to ensure precise temperature control, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
