Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review!
The team from JB quickly scheduled my well tank replacement. The crew was courteous, efficient, and the repair was done correctly the first time. I felt that the price was fair and that billing was simple.
This was our first time with this company and we were so happy with the quick and reliable service. J.C. was very knowledgeable and kind. It's a relief to have such wonderful company. Thank you
The guys from JB Plumbing were fantastic, they repaired the leak from my tub and installed my sink plumbing quickly and efficiently!
Really thrilled with the results of my appointment today. John replaced all of my well equipment and replaced a good amount of old copper piping as well. The peace of mind that will come from having a fresh start is well worth the very reasonable fees - and the attention to quality and detail really comes through. Excellent work!
Construction projects in one’s home is always a large and scary undertaking. From the moment I met the project manager, I knew I had made an excellent choice. I had a new bathroom constructed, not a remodel, and it was a complicated undertaking. Every step of the way I was beyond pleased with the quality of the work and the individuals who did the construction. Clearly the company has a high standard of performance and the finished bathroom reflected that high standard. Each day the project manager would let me know who would be coming the next day, when they would arrive, and what they would be doing. The workmen were excellent and obviously took pride in their work. The whole experience was positive and the finished bathroom addition is beautiful.

after running a ton of water and listening to what homeowner was saying I decided to pour water down the wall with a cup several times and was able to find water seeping around the handle and trim plate then running now the water lines into the ceiling below. cleaned up walls and trim plate and silicone it uo very heavy. told customer to wait 24 hours before use. only bill for my time and maybe a dew bucks for the silicone. side note : drain cover was missing 1 of the 2 screws when I arrived i did not touch it

performed yearly softener service. cleaned injectors and screens. clean meter and meter cable. ensure bypass and float assembly was functional. greased all o rings and seals in the head. removed drain elbows and made sure drain line was clear. ran unit threw a manual backwash to ensure proper operation adjusted clock on unit it was a few hours off and check the hardness setting which was at 20 and is good for this application. dishwasher pulled inspection cover to look underneath. water line connection looks ok and no signs of leaks. but the drain and pump look pretty rusted up cant really capture it in pictures threw the little inspection cover. I'm not expert on appliances but I would say this old Kenmore is about 20 years old and not worth even trying to repair. would recommend replacement of dishwasher
tip toe in tub drain seized shut. removed with channel locks and ran to lowes to pickup a replacement (like $13) came back and installed it. filled up a few inches of water several times to adjust tip toe and make sure it was holding properly

Estimate for Water Softener and Filtration system. He had them in the past so he doesn't need much of a consolation but look at the space he has since he's in a condo.
low pressure only really an issue in first floor bathroom. lav faucet aerator blocked with hardness. cleaned to restore pressure. shower the diverted on tub spout clogged with harness and not diverting the water properly. replaced tub spout with a new brushed nickel one from lowes to correct that issue. on basement filter pretty blocked up with hardness and iron, changed customer supplied filter. also added a few psi of air to well tank and bumped pressure switch from 30 50 to a 40 60 to squeeze alittle more pressure out of it safely. ultimately the main issue is the hard water and iron content ruining everything. recommend installing a 32 k water softner for hardness and iron remediation parts used today brushed nickel tub spout diverter ($30 from lowes) materials needed for a treatment install 3/4 pex male adapter 10 - 3/4 pex press 90s 2 - 3/4 pvc male adapter 3/4 pex female adapter 3/4 female by 1/2 pex adapter 2 - 3/4 pex ball valves 10ft of 3/4 pex pipe 30ft of 1/2 pex pipe

kitchen sink and laundry box back up sometimes but nothing else. not basement bathroom, floor drain or any other fixtures. I belive that line runs out of the home separately as a gray water line. I want to talk to John about it and see waht he thinks but I belive we could cut that 2in cast line at the floor and cap it and run the laundry drain and sink approx 40 ft to the main stack threw the unfinished basement. took lots of pics and will meet with John and or Jeff Monday morning to discuss further steps
