Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review!
The team from JB quickly scheduled my well tank replacement. The crew was courteous, efficient, and the repair was done correctly the first time. I felt that the price was fair and that billing was simple.

The guys from JB Plumbing were fantastic, they repaired the leak from my tub and installed my sink plumbing quickly and efficiently!
Really thrilled with the results of my appointment today. John replaced all of my well equipment and replaced a good amount of old copper piping as well. The peace of mind that will come from having a fresh start is well worth the very reasonable fees - and the attention to quality and detail really comes through. Excellent work!
Construction projects in one’s home is always a large and scary undertaking. From the moment I met the project manager, I knew I had made an excellent choice. I had a new bathroom constructed, not a remodel, and it was a complicated undertaking. Every step of the way I was beyond pleased with the quality of the work and the individuals who did the construction. Clearly the company has a high standard of performance and the finished bathroom reflected that high standard. Each day the project manager would let me know who would be coming the next day, when they would arrive, and what they would be doing. The workmen were excellent and obviously took pride in their work. The whole experience was positive and the finished bathroom addition is beautiful.
VIP Water Softener Treatment + Well Service - Well tank as perfect 38 psi of air for 60 psi setting 9n a constant pressure controller. - Pump amps are right around 6, which is perfect for a 2-wire 3/4hp pump. - Flushed out spin-down filter for iron. - Checked neutralizer media level only at about 15in from the dome hole, 12in is "full", so not worth adding media this trip; next trip it will take a full bag. - Cleaned screens and injectors in the softener and ran through cycles manually to ensure proper operation. - Changed UV bulb and reset counter; no need for coordination. The bulb was 2 months overdue, but still lit and had good resistance. - Filled brine tank with bags of salt. - Ensured float assembly on brine tank was functioning properly.
A plumbing repair call for a leaking hot water heater turned into an estimate for a new Tankless Water Heater and Water Softener.
Different section of pipe was leaking from a galvanized 90 that runs to a capped line and isn't used. Technician offered to cut the line down and eliminate the leaking section by removing a tee and using a 90 instead. It currently isn't leaking; the galvanized most likely rusted shut.

After running a ton of water and listening to what the homeowner was saying, I decided to pour water down the wall with a cup several times and found water seeping around the handle and trim plate. The water lines are now running into the ceiling below. I cleaned up the walls and trim plate and applied silicone. I told the customer to wait 24 hours before use.
The piercing valve for the humidifier was leaking. Cut out and replaced with a straight stop. While water was off, added a ball valve to the main; the only gate valve was in very poor shape.
Fished a 4-inch smoke pipe over the finished ceiling between the joist and the duct for the gas dryer exhaust. Taped all joints to secure.

Removed drain elbows and made sure drain line was clear. Ran the unit through a manual backwash to ensure proper operation.
Tip-toe in tub drain seized shut. Removed with channel locks. Picked up a replacement and installed it. Filled up a few inches of water several times to adjust tip tip-toe and ensure it was holding properly.
Shut the water off. Cut in the press copper tee and ice maker valve. Drilled a small hole in floor and hooked up an 8-ft ice maker line to valve but left it off for the new refrigerator delivery the next day.
Replaced 40 40-gallon natural gas chimney vent water heater with a new unit. Added new hot and cold ball valve as well as and expansion tank set to 58 psi. Checked all joints on the gas line with a leak detector before firing up the new unit. Let run for about 15 minutes to ensure proper operation and no leaks.
Estimate for a Water Softener and Filtration System.
Low pressure is only really an issue in first floor bathroom. The Lav faucet aerator was blocked with hardness. Cleaned to restore pressure. Shower the diverted on tub spout clogged with harness and not diverting the water properly. Replaced the tub spout with a new brushed nickel spout to correct that issue. The basement filter blocked up with hardness and iron, so the customer-supplied filter was changed. Added a few PSI of air to well tank and bumped the pressure switch higher to safely squeeze a little more pressure out of it.
The Kohler cartridge shot was not allowing the full temperature range. Changed out the cartridge to restore the temperature range and pressure.
