-Utica combi boiler was locked out on a low water cut off fault when I arrived. Boiler system pressure was 11.7 psi. I added a small amount of water and unit fired up immediately. Brought system pressure up to 18 psi to allow for small pressure fluctuations and tested boiler and domestic hot water for 30 - 40 minutes. -The banging sound the customer heard was the ignition of gas buildup inside the heat exchanger after several attempts to fire while under fault. 1 hour *** hit on my way too early. Customer wasn’t home
