They do such a great job! My latest project was to increase water pressure in my house, and they knew exactly what to do and I finally have great water pressure. I highly recommended them
I was scared at first from prior experiences with other jobs I had done with different companies, but I couldn't be more satisfied with this company and service. They did a great job and quickly. They communicated everything with me and I was never left wondering. I have never felt more respected as a customer and felt like they wanted my business but most importantly they wanted me satisfied. Their customer service was excellent and you could tell they really cared about my experience with them. Plus their prices are affordable, reasonable, and you can tell its not just all about the money. They did an awesome job! Thank you so much!
John is outstanding!! Very knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything!!
John and his crew did exceptional work! Friendly, professional and went above and beyond....fixed a few additional small issues they noticed while working on the main issue. They were reasonably priced and more than fair. I will definitely be calling on John for any future issues and I highly recommend JB Plumbing HVAC! Thank you John soo much for all that you and your crew did with my Plumbing issues!
John did a wonderful job today, thank you!
Excellent services. Easy to schedule, Zach arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of my situation.
We recently had our master bathroom expanded and completely redone. JB was great to work with from start to finish. They listened to what we were hoping for, and made the vision come to life. The quality of the materials and their contractors + employees were top notch. We are so happy with our decision to use JB. Thank you so much!
The guys showed up when they said they would, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in less time than anticipated. A very happy customer
This was fantastic! From the initial service scheduling to the finished result, everything was fast and very well done. I couldn’t have asked for better help and work.
Informative, patient and super helpful.
It literally took John 2 minutes to figure out why my sink was leaking and another 2 minutes to fix it. Very friendly and efficient. Your entire team is always polite, they wipe their feet/put those shoe covers on, etc. It takes the stress out of having to get work done!
Jb has been fulfilling my heating and plumbing needs for over 7 years
I'll check up close later today, but all looks good.
From the estimate appointment through project completion - it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. Aaron and his crew are not only highly skilled; they are prompt, helpful, courteous, conscientious and personable. I am already considering other projects to put in Aaron’s exceptional care.
Supplied and installed a new Gerber elongated comfort height toilet in the hall bath. Repaired the leaking gas line to the outdoor grill. Attempted to light the outdoor fire pit, but there is an issue with the remote.
Supplied and installed a new wall-hung laundry tub and faucet. Replaced the angle stops and trap. Supplied and installed a new Delta tub and shower faucet with chrome trim in the hall bath. Replaced the frost-free hose bib near the front porch. Replaced the hot and cold shut-off valves for the washing machine.
Supplied and installed a new Liberty Pump 1/3 HP sump pump. Cut out and removed the old pump. Took apart the piping at the check valve. Set the new pump into the pit and connected the new piping into the check valve. Rescued the lid and tested the pump. Supplied and installed a new Kohler flapper ring on the upstairs bathroom.
Put the wingnut cap in the floor drain, cut off the two-inch cast iron hub, and put the Fernco cap over it.
Return visit.
There was a clogged drain in the section of underground piping where the basement powder room and kitchen sink are tied into. Took apart the trap and used our sewer machine to clear the pipe.
Ran plumbing from the basement into the back room of the house to add a laundry hookup, toilet, and sink. Washer box mounted in the wall and hooked up current washer and dryer. Added dryer vent.
Installed exhaust vent piping and hooked up the gas connection to the new dryer in the basement.
Installed a Navien Tankless water heater (199.9KBTU Input 96% Efficiency with Comfort Flow Buffer Tank and Re-circulation Pump).
We installed a new tub and shower diverter with new shut-offs, and ran plumbing for the washer and dryer hookup. We had to cut open the wall behind the shower. We cut out and replaced the diverter with a new Delta tub and shower diverter with brushed nickel trim, and added new brushed nickel trim for the waste and overflow. We disconnected the gas at the water heater so we could unthread it from the ceiling to add a tee for the gas dryer. We ran TracPipe across the ceiling, then down the wall for the dryer. We took the dryer exhaust through the finished wall into the unfinished area and then out through the joist bay.
Estimate to supply and install a Liberty jet sump, water-powered backup sump pump.
Repaired leaking 1/2” union on gas line to furnace. 1/2” home flex gas line to outdoor grill is also leaking.
Cut into the existing 3” cast iron stack in the basement. Replaced a single 3 x 1 1/2 tee (which is carrying load for kitchen sink, bathtub, lav sink, and washing machine), with: Individual 3 x 2 tee for washing machine, 3 x 2 wye for kitchen sink, and 3 x 2 wye for tub and lav sink. Also replaced the rest of the cast iron to the toilet and vent tie-in.
Hooked up the sinks in the kitchen and powder room.
Removed a 4-foot section of the cracked 6” terracotta sewer line. Replaced with new 6” PVC and 2 heavy-duty Hulk ferncos. (As requested by the township).
Supplied and installed a new sump pump with a jet sump backup. Cut out and removed the old sump pump, jet sump back up, and battery backup, and installed both new pumps. Reconnected both discharge lines to the existing lines. Re-piped the water line for the jet sump. Tested both pumps.
Cabled the kitchen sink drain through the cleanout in the base cabinet. Ran the machine several times until the line was open and draining. The drain is still not completely clear; it is packed with grease and will need to be replaced. Cut in a tee and a studor vent under the cabinet to aid in draining.
Installed exhaust vent piping and hooked up the gas connection to the new dryer in the basement.
Replaced 2” PVC90 on the combi-vent.
Replaced client-supplied side spray hose on the kitchen sink faucet.
