They do such a great job! My latest project was to increase water pressure in my house, and they knew exactly what to do and I finally have great water pressure. I highly recommended them
I was scared at first from prior experiences with other jobs I had done with different companies, but I couldn't be more satisfied with this company and service. They did a great job and quickly. They communicated everything with me and I was never left wondering. I have never felt more respected as a customer and felt like they wanted my business but most importantly they wanted me satisfied. Their customer service was excellent and you could tell they really cared about my experience with them. Plus their prices are affordable, reasonable, and you can tell its not just all about the money. They did an awesome job! Thank you so much!

Excellent services. Easy to schedule, Zach arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of my situation.
We recently had our master bathroom expanded and completely redone. JB was great to work with from start to finish. They listened to what we were hoping for, and made the vision come to life. The quality of the materials and their contractors + employees were top notch. We are so happy with our decision to use JB. Thank you so much!
The guys showed up when they said they would, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in less time than anticipated. A very happy customer
This was fantastic! From the initial service scheduling to the finished result, everything was fast and very well done. I couldn’t have asked for better help and work.
Informative, patient and super helpful.
It literally took John 2 minutes to figure out why my sink was leaking and another 2 minutes to fix it. Very friendly and efficient. Your entire team is always polite, they wipe their feet/put those shoe covers on, etc. It takes the stress out of having to get work done!
Cut out the leaking section of the water lines. Adapted from the old poly pipe to PEX with SharkBite couplings. Reconnected all water lines. Turned the water back on and checked for leaks.
The leak was coming from the wax ring on the toilet in the powder room. Pulled the toilet and installed a new wax ring and closet bolts. Reset the toilet and tested.
Installed the client-supplied toilet and shower trim.
Capped basement supply and return. Disconnected basement zone valve. Cut in an auto feeder into the supply. Filled and purged the system of air. Tested.
Lit the pilot light on the furnace. Cleaned some buildup on the flame sensor. The filter needs to be replaced; homeowner will supply and replace.
Looked at the leaking water heater. Scheduled to replace later in the week.
Tub leaking from strainer / tub shoe connection. Unscrewed, cleaned, re-sealed and re-installed tub shoe strainer. Filled tub several times and tested. Caulked shower trim and tub spout.
Ran new thermostat wire from combi boiler to living room. (Old wire had a short causing boiler to run without call for heat) Took apart cartridge on kitchen sink faucet and removed debris. Faucet now has full pressure.
Inspected 4” cast iron main drain from curb trap in front yard, upstream into basement with sewer camera. Found standing water a few feet after the underground WYE connection. This is most likely caused by settling of the pipe going into the WYE. This is the most common area for sags to occur. Didn’t notice any cracks in the cast. However, the pipe was lined with scaling all the way around, which makes it difficult to spot smaller cracks.
Installed one customer-supplied kitchen sink faucet and two new shut-off valves for the sink.
Installed the client-supplied vanity. Cut out a section of vanity to fit plumbing, set the vanity in place, and screwed it into the wall. Mounted the sink bowl and faucet onto the vanity top, and set the vanity top onto the vanity. Reconnected water lines and drains. Installed a 14” x 29” access panel in the basement at the water meter.
Finished the rough in and the finish on the hall bath. Set the tub and hooked up the tub drain with the tub and shower faucet. Roughed in for vanity as well. The toilet was pulled and a new one was set.
Supplied and installed a new Gerber elongated comfort height toilet in the hall bath. Repaired the leaking gas line to the outdoor grill. Attempted to light the outdoor fire pit, but there is an issue with the remote.
Supplied and installed a new wall-hung laundry tub and faucet. Replaced the angle stops and trap. Supplied and installed a new Delta tub and shower faucet with chrome trim in the hall bath. Replaced the frost-free hose bib near the front porch. Replaced the hot and cold shut-off valves for the washing machine.
Supplied and installed a new Liberty Pump 1/3 HP sump pump. Cut out and removed the old pump. Took apart the piping at the check valve. Set the new pump into the pit and connected the new piping into the check valve. Rescued the lid and tested the pump. Supplied and installed a new Kohler flapper ring on the upstairs bathroom.
Put the wingnut cap in the floor drain, cut off the two-inch cast iron hub, and put the Fernco cap over it.
