The guys showed up when they said they would, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in less time than anticipated. A very happy customer
This was fantastic! From the initial service scheduling to the finished result, everything was fast and very well done. I couldn’t have asked for better help and work.
Informative, patient and super helpful.
It literally took John 2 minutes to figure out why my sink was leaking and another 2 minutes to fix it. Very friendly and efficient. Your entire team is always polite, they wipe their feet/put those shoe covers on, etc. It takes the stress out of having to get work done!
Jb has been fulfilling my heating and plumbing needs for over 7 years
I'll check up close later today, but all looks good.
From the estimate appointment through project completion - it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience. Aaron and his crew are not only highly skilled; they are prompt, helpful, courteous, conscientious and personable. I am already considering other projects to put in Aaron’s exceptional care.

Supplied and installed a new 50-gallon Bradford White natural gas water heater and a new expansion tank.
The kitchen sink side spray hose is leaking. Walked the client through the process of contacting Moen for warranty replacement. The client will contact the office to install the sprayer.
Cut and capped water lines for the powder room. Replaced the closet flange in the powder room. Capped water lines and the gas line in the kitchen. Cut out the copper fin baseboard in the kitchen and looped it back in under the kitchen floor.
Pulled kitchen cabinets and dishwasher. Replaced cracked 4” main stack from ceiling down through floor, into garage. Also replaced section of cast iron in garage that we found was cracked while testing.
Re-did the drain lines in the area for the hall bathroom.
The issue with the first toilet was that the fill valve was stuck partially closed, so the toilet was filling really slowly. The flapper was letting some water pass through, so the toilet never stopped running. Supplied and installed a new fill valve, flapper, and supply line. The issue with the second toilet was that the fill valve was stuck completely open, so again, that toilet never stopped running. Supplied and installed a new fill valve.
Gathered information to put together an estimate to replace the existing dryer exhaust from the dryer into the attic and out the soffit with a termination fitting.
Roughed-in 3” PVC drain for powder room toilet and 1 1/2” drain line for vanity. Tied into the second-floor stack in the basement.
Supplied and installed a new garbage disposal and ran a new water line for the refrigerator. Disconnected and removed the old garbage disposal. Installed a new sink strainer. Mounted the new disposal and reconnected the wiring. Cut a 1/2” tee into copper water line with a 1/2” shut off valve. Ran the ice maker supply hose to the new fridge.
Re-calibrated Utica combi boiler. Adjusted combustion and firing rate. Checked incoming gas pressure, low voltage controls, etc.
Tightened the packing nut on the hot supply stop under the kitchen sink.
Supplied and installed a new Delta kitchen sink faucet.
Finished up the following: Supply and install 60x32 RH tub. Supply and install new shower fixtures and trim in brushed nickel, including control, slide bar and hand held. Supply and install 2 vanity faucets brushed nickel. Change plumbing at vanity for double bowl.
Installed a new Rheem 50-gallon power vent water heater. Drained and returned the old water heater under warranty to Home Depot and purchased a new one. Re-piped the water lines into the new unit. Reconnected the exhaust and gas line to the new unit. Filled unit and lit.
Hooked up the new refrigerator to the ice-maker line. Inspected the existing copper line and valve. They are both in good shape. Replaced the shut-off valve for the hose bib in the utility closet. While working in the closet, I noticed that the AC coil was sweating and dripping onto the floor. The condensate line may be partially clogged; you can see it dripping out of the discharge, so not entirely clogged. Replaced customer customer-supplied filter.
Inspected all piping and ran the kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine, and laundry tub; did not smell or see anything out of the ordinary.
Cleaned debris out of the clogged fill valve in the hall bathroom toilet. Turned up the temperature on the electric water heater from 120° to 130°. The master bath lav faucet needs to be replaced. Turned off the hot supply valve to stop the faucet from dripping.
Installed a client-supplied garbage disposal. Supplied and installed a new Kholer tank-to-bowl gasket and bolts on the toilet. Supplied and installed a new chrome pop-up assembly on the upstairs vanity.
Found a leak on a 3/4” black plug in the back of a 3/4” black tee. Took out and replaced with a new 3/4” black plug and dope, turned the gas back on, relit the water heater, and tested the gas pipe for leaks.
Utica Combi-Boiler locked out with Error code 133 (Ignition failure). Removed, cleaned, and sanded the flame sensor and spark igniter. The igniter was not arcing when I arrived, causing the unit to lock out. After cleaning and reinstalling, the unit fired up immediately.
Rescheduled appointment.
