Everything went so smoothly and quickly that I never had a chance for a single worry. John N.certainly knows his craft! I’ve been impressed with every aspect of the work. I appreciated the heads up messages from Aaron regarding arrival times and which contractors were coming, and what parts of the project were being done that day. Very helpful. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I know I’ll be arranging any future house renovations with JB!

1) I adjusted the water pressure on the right urinal in the men’s room. The pressure was too high, causing water to splash out when flushed. I tested the urinal for 15 minutes. The floor is now dry. 2) I took apart the Regency faucet on the 3-compartment sink. I replaced the washers, etc., but the stems need to be replaced.
Replaced the delta tub and shower cartridge in the hall bath. Cleaned up hard water sediment inside the shower valve.
Installed customer-supplied vanities with widespread faucets in both hall and master baths. Pulled the master bath toilet for floor installation.
The Utica combi boiler was locked out on a low water cut-off fault when I arrived. The boiler system pressure was 11.7 psi. I added a small amount of water, and the unit fired up immediately. Brought system pressure up to 18 psi to allow for small pressure fluctuations and tested the boiler and domestic hot water for 30 - 40 minutes.
Supplied and installed a new frost-free hose bib on the back deck. Tested (ok).
