Sorry can’t rate cost because we need a new furance quote
He arrived early and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! He also explained to us about the vip service cleanings that we think will benefit our needs. He also mentioned that you renovate bathrooms which is something we are planning on doing this year as well.
Zach was very knowledgeable and taught me what was wrong and how to fix it step by step. He is the type of employee you build your company around! Will rehire for future needs !
Awesome job! Super nice guys!
Zach was the man. He was very pleasant, explained everything thoroughly and he also did a very good job at teaching the apprentice/helper. Definitely provided excellent customer service and was a great representative of your company. Definitely deserves to be paid top dollar or if he's already making top dollar a a couple more dollars an hour on top of that.
Zach and his helper (Brad, I think) did a thorough job inspecting and providing maintenance to our gas boiler. While here they were quick, clean, and communicated well. Despite running behind in their day, the office staff and Zach himself were very clear in timing and apologized for the delay. We are grateful and blessed by the time they took making sure our home is heat-ready for the winter ahead. Thank you so much!
Zach is always very nice and knowledgeable.
Was punctual, pleasant, and very knowledgeable!
This is my first time using JB Plumbing. Zach did an amazing job. Very thorough. Very polite and courteous. I was impressed with his knowledge, especially with how old the boiler unit is. Excellent job all the way around!!!!
Zachary was great. We’ve used a few different hvac company in the past for repairs including full system replacement, but we haven’t had service yet since moving into our home last year. We live very close to the JB office, so I see the vans often when walking my dogs and figured I would give them a try. Schedule has been great. They are very prompt and accommodating. Zachary was professional, respectful, educational and great overall! Very happy we found a company we trust for our hvac and plumbing needs!
Had a great experience with the furnace cleaning and service. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.
Did a great job. Explained very well.

Furnace tune up.
Replaced the indoor blower motor on the front bedroom mini split. Ran the system through all stages and all speeds to ensure there was no noise. Tightened the screws on the cover of the back office mini split to stop it from making a noise.
Found that the condenser was not turning on. Checked the capacitor; found that the capacitor had failed. Replaced the capacitor with a Turbo capacitor. Checked the amp draw. Could not properly check the charge.
The main drain tubing was clogged, coming from the drain pan to the condensate pump. Brushed out the tubing and sucked the clog out with a shop vac. Cleaned out the algae in the drain pan and sprayed the pan with cleaner. Dumped the water down the drain to ensure everything was draining properly. Checked the air filter. Ensured that the electric heat and the heat pump were working properly.

Found the fuse popped on the outdoor disconnect. Made sure nothing was grounded. Checked the capacitor; found that the fan side of the capacitor had failed. Replaced the capacitor with a Turbo capacitor. Temporarily supplied and installed new fuses for the disconnect. Ensured everything was working properly.

The unit is an older gravity-fed boiler. Made sure the flue wasn't blocked. Visually inspected the burners. Performed a combustion analysis. Demonstrated how to bleed the radiators.
Took apart the theater mini split and cleaned the IR sensor. Made sure all connections were tight and nothing was burnt. The remote still would not communicate with the system; contacted Fujitsu tech support. Checked the main floor unit. Changed the client-supplied air filter. Brushed out the condensate drain. Visually inspected the evaporator and condenser coils. Forced the unit into charge mode for 20 minutes to properly check the charge; charge is good. Found no faults with the main floor unit system.
